TITLE: VP, Sales Operations
REPORTS TO: VP of Finance
TigerConnect is currently seeking a V.P., Sales Operations who will lead us through the next phase of growth by owning productivity, process and execution across sales functions. This high impact operational leadership role will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales productivity as well as developing and driving key strategic and operational initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Successful candidates will apply advanced analytical and problem solving skills to drive the desired behaviors in our sales leaders and individual sales contributors to leverage best practices and improve performance. The Sr. Director/V.P. will build a high performing team, with a continuous improvement mindset, agile and collaborative execution.
This position will partner with sales, marketing, finance, product management and other support functions to provide and receive feedback on what is working and what needs to be changed. Successful candidates will be able to take the feedback and turn it into actionable projects and programs to increase sales effectiveness and results.

What You'll Own:
- Analyze the performance of the sales organization throughout the sales process to identify areas of concern and best practices. Use this analysis to inform senior leadership of emerging trends and drive sales excellence and enablement.
- Partner with sales leadership to continuously refine and improve the sales forecast and own the accuracy of the pipeline and forecast.
- Develop key metrics that provide insights into sales planning, process, and effectiveness of the sales organization.
- Create, maintain and drive adoption of a sales KPI dashboard that quickly and easily shows the performance of the sales organization.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales metrics to measure effectiveness of the sales team and ROI of new sales initiatives and incentives.
- In consultation with sales leadership, develop and oversee programs that promote the right sales methodology to support the effective onboarding and ongoing training of the sales team.
- Coach and collaborate with sales leaders through the rollout and subsequent measurement of new programs and initiatives.
- Manage the quota and territory assignment processes to maximize sales productivity.
- Drive planning activities to align with the Sales Leaders strategic priorities.
- Support and execute on company go-to-market strategy and the introduction of new solutions and services.
- Manage and optimize company’s deal desk to optimize deal structure, maximize sales person time and align relevant cross functional teams
- Drive talent development inside his/her team
- Promote a data driven metric focused culture in our sales team
- Drive the evolution and enhancement of operations tools and applications, develop processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and measure revenue attainment objectives.
What You've Accomplished:
- 8+ years of work experience in sales operations or strategic sales roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong record of leadership and ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Recognized leadership skills to build and develop a highly performance team
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Execution-oriented
- Expert at Salesforce, CRM management, and associated sales enablement tools
- Enterprise software sales experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Advanced degrees in Business or Analytics preferred
