Vice President of Sales
Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium SaaS platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network.
As we complete our Series A round of funding, we’re looking for a VP of Sales to lead and scale our talented SaaS sales team.
As VP of Sales, you'll be responsible for commandeering our outbound sales efforts. This entails managing direct reports, establishing process, utilizing metric driven measurement, driving strategy development and execution, all resulting in an elite sales effort that consistently grows revenue. You’ll partner with our C-Suites to define objective targets and drill down team and individual goals. This is a tremendous opportunity for an established sales leader with SaaS experience looking to take the reigns and build a team from the ground up. We want to partner with a proven sales leader who is a self-starter, loves overcoming challenges, and is excited to set a tone of success for your team and company.
2020 will be a transformative year at Luxury Presence, and the sales team will be at the forefront of our growth. With numerous partnerships signed, in conversation, and on the horizon, the opportunity is unique and exciting. To be successful you will need to think strategically and be our best seller, while simultaneously managing, measuring, and growing our team with A+ players.

10+ years of B2B and 5+ years of SaaS leadership experience
Scaled a SaaS team from <10 team members to >50
Hired fantastic sellers and managed them to maximize output
An obsession with MRR
Executive leadership qualities, the ability to thrive with a seat at the table
Built, trained, and managed an SDR team to exceptional prospecting results
An innate hunger for growth and success

The company launched in 2016 and its client list includes some of the world’s most successful realtors and companies who purchase template-based luxury websites, content marketing tools, SEO, lead generation, and online advertising. Luxury Presence currently has 850+ clients, including Jade Mills (#1 Coldwell Banker realtor worldwide) who is also an investor in the company. A preferred vendor of Compass, Luxury Presence was founded by Malte Kramer, a Stanford GSB graduate, and is backed by Silicon Valley’s Switch Ventures and top angel investors.
