Senior Technical Account Manager
VideoAmp is looking for an experienced Client Success leader with technical expertise in ad tech and grow revenue through flawless execution and implementation of processes to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate daily with demand and supply partners through the VideoAmp activation & VideoAmp measurement platform to help grow distribution & revenue
● Work cross-functionality with internal teams & 3rd Party vendors, to investigate and help update advertising technologies/processes/policies
● Assist in Business Development (e.g., product testing), along with creating roll-out plans, and training sessions for new supply, data partnerships, and attribution partners
● Update and manage partners content library; ad tags, campaign set-up, update published content with new stats and messaging quarterly
● Manage billing of partners & publishers, along with working with accounting for reporting and invoicing
● Work directly to help fulfill client questions, respond to inventory & ad spec requests, client platform on-boarding and integrations lead, troubleshoot issues, facilitate optimizations
● Serve as first point of contact for technical support to internal teams and creative agencies/3rd party verification companies, etc.
● Operations lead for any testing including UI changes, Ad-server changes, or new products
● Lead contact for data troubleshooting for our measurement solutions including but not limited to pixel troubleshooting, schema mapping, and clean room integration
● Familiarity and certification with various internal and external ad serving platforms
● Provide 2nd level QA support for operations and work closely with Product/Engineering to identify and resolve system issues
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred
● 5+ years of proven experience within an ad operations role or relevant experience
● Deep understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and 3rd party vendors
● Passion for designing processes that scale and “getting their hands dirty” by digging into technical operations for optimal solutions
● Demonstrated experience in product storytelling, positioning, value proposition and differentiation
● Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
● Fluent in SQL
● Basic knowledge of JS/HTML a plus.
● Strong knowledge of the Google Tech stack
● Strong documentation skills for capturing the project and processes
