Senior Sales Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Engineer who is passionate about improving our healthcare services through technology and enjoys working in a dynamic and rewarding environment to drive big business outcomes.
You will launch with an exciting new business unit with a mission to reimagine the patient payments experience in healthcare. Patient financial responsibility for healthcare services has been steadily on the rise creating the need for more streamlined and seamless methods of payment to meet healthcare providers and patient needs. Your Area of Focus
- You will be the go-to domain expert for Payment Solutions at Tebra and will be looked at as a leader throughout the entire Tebra organization
- Work directly with customers including Patient Practices, Providers, and Billing Companies to demonstrate the capabilities of Tebra Payment Solutions
- Partner closely with both Sales and Product Engineering teams as a trusted partner to plan and execute strategic deals
- Create value based demonstrations and presentations from the ground floor. Create story lines and ROI data that you will present, along with training the organization on how to present to customers
- Build framework to scale training and skills across the broader GTN organization for a brand new new tier-1 enterprise SaaS payments offering
- Influence the future product roadmap by providing financial business cases around customer and market driven Sales opportunities
- Partner with product marketing to represent the Tebra Payments brand with customers at company marketing events, including Webinars
Your Professional Qualifications
- 7+ year of successfully winning new software business sales in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor Degree in a technical field is desirable
- 5+ years Sales experience, ideally in Payments or FinTech
- Inquisitive and constant learner
- Customer-centric mindset
- Effective communicator - comfortable presenting and instructing both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
- Entrepreneurial with unrelenting drive to succeed and win, sense of urgency, and passion for the work
- Must be innately customer oriented and connect with our purpose of helping independent practices
- All-around good teammate who is cooperative, approachable, and dedicated to helping others succeed
- Proven ability to think creatively and drive innovation in the market and within our company
- Committed to becoming an enthusiastic ambassador of our unique and positive corporate culture
