The Role

Our fast-growing Revenue Team is looking for a highly motivated, mission oriented, Enterprise Account Executive to help build, grow, and scale our sales team by identifying qualified opportunities, closing new business, and developing key relationships across our key market segments. You will be selling Virtualitics’ market changing 3D visualization and analytics platform (Virtualitics Immersive Platform), and our AI as a service, predictive analytics platform (Virtualitics Predict). You will not only be helping sell our ground breaking technology, but be a part of building a truly great company and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver predictable and consistent revenue growth for Virtualitics.
  • Help develop and execute demand generation strategies to target prospects in our market segments, creating a sustainable pipeline to close new revenue.
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation activities to develop the sales funnel and drive consistent sales processes.
  • Meet agreed upon monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance objectives for sales activity and revenue performance.
  • Use thought leadership, industry knowledge, and technology trends to establish advisory and influencer relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Manage relationships with our strategic customers creating opportunities for upsell by expanding use cases and helping drive adoption.
  • Effectively manage sales opportunities across the extended account teams in Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Senior Management to drive revenue for Virtualitics, and success for our customers.
  • Attend industry events and conferences acting as a Virtualitics brand ambassador.
  • Provide regular customer feedback on opportunities to improve our solutions.
  • Help build strong customer communities and networks for customers to meet and share success with one another to drive adoption, and successful use of Virtualitics..
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices as we grow and scale.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise SaaS quota bearing sales role
  • Bachelor's degree from a competitive university, or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or enterprise applications and technology
  • Industry experience in the Biotech/Life Sciences, Energy/Oil & Gas, Industry 4.0, Financial Services industries is a major plus
  • Strong capabilities in pipeline development/management, sales process, and sales methods
  • Highly organized; excellent at time management and prioritizing your schedule
  • Strong prospecting, territory/account planning, and team-selling experience
  • You are a results-oriented individual who is excited by a high performance culture
  • Passionate about helping solve big and complex problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, and the ability to pivot quickly
  • Enjoys a positive “can do” environment
  • Thrives on teamwork, but can operate independently in a remote world and work setting
  • Brings creativity, passion, and energy to the their work
