About the Role and Your Impact:

As a Sales Operations A at Emotive, you will be instrumental in supporting our fast-growing sales organization and play an important role within our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will help the sales and service teams navigate SFDC, help with quoting, and be responsible for monthly and quarterly commissions calculations. 

Emotive’s Revenue Operations team supports the company’s Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and our Customer Support and Onboarding teams. We are constantly seeking ways to accelerate Emotive’s growth by improving how our business partners execute their day-to-day operations.  How You Will Contribute:

  • Ensure the details of Accounts and Opportunities are accurately reflected in Salesforce.com.
  • Help the sales team with quoting and build custom quotes as needed.
  • Triage requests and help reps navigate SFDC issues.  Escalate system issues to be fixed.
  • Be the point of contact for sales with commission related questions or concerns.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed including research for a compensation tool.  
  • Work on data cleanup and auditing projects.
  • Manage the monthly commissions calculations and reporting.

Skills You Will Bring:

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales/business operations experience with understanding of SaaS business models and using Salesforce.com
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment 
  • Excellent communicator- propensity to translate technical information or complex concepts and speak to them in a clear and effective way to internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
  • Experience managing commission software & language for that software a plus (CaptivateIQ, Performio, Obero, etc)
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations to all levels of the company.
