That’s where you come in.  We’re seeking a “player – coach” SDR to oversee the day to day operations of a team of Outbound SDRs. The ideal candidate will not only manage their own outbound prospecting territory but also help recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the other SDRs and ensure high output outbound outreach, creating MQL creation, outbound activity, and other KPIs.

Success would mean having a strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a team of SDRs
  • Monitor SDRs’ daily work flow, activities 
  • Build campaigns, cadences, coach, and manage pipeline 
  • Ensure representatives are fully informed of all new product information  
  • Make and/or recommend process improvements as needed
  • Help recruit and coach team members
  • Motivate the team through effective management of incentive programs
  • Develop daily, weekly, spiff goals for team and drive accountability

Who You Are

  • 3+ years’ experience as SDR or BDR
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization and, follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, or other related enablement technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
