THE JOB:

Further your career in this Sales Associate role, a great opportunity for self-starters! This is a full-time opportunity for someone to join a fast growing, dynamic Automotive startup. Learn our sales process from the ground up and jump start your career as we scale.

WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO:

  • Provide administrative, technical and clerical support to sales teams and finance department 
  • Prepare communications and proofreading documents 
  • Source and administer sourcing and inventory of marketing materials and swag items
  • Provide repair order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
  • Prepare travel and meeting arrangements when necessary
  • Work on and at trade shows and conventions
  • Produce sales reports and presentations 
  • Coordinate courses and trainings of internal employees 
  • Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service 
  • Support the sales department by promoting company products and services
  • Execute any additional Sales Associate related tasks as required by manager

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required 
  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field 
  • Ability to multitask effectively 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Prior experience coordinating projects, utilizing strong social skills, and working well with all levels of personnel and outside clients and vendors 
  • Solid understanding of sales cycle 
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments 
  • Good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
