FabFitFun is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing team in West Hollywood. Reporting to our Director of Sales, this individual will be able to maintain the highest level of service to every customer group both internal and external, supporting the team from prospect to close. The ideal candidate will be able to maximize efficiency by coordinating meetings, and helping to prospect and generate qualified leads for Account Executives. We are looking for an organized self-starter who is passionate about media, tech, content and e-commerce that wants a shot at launching your sales career.

What You’ll Do:

Manage scheduling, logistics and communications for Senior Account Executives
Engage with leads though initial phone calls and email outreach to support outbound selling efforts
Maintain current leads and build relationships through persuasive and engaging communication and follow up
Help customize pitch collateral and deck templates in Powerpoint and Keynote that outline partnerships
Conduct competitive research on potential brands and vendors for lead generation
Perform administrative tasks, as needed to support the Sales Team

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of professional work experience in fast-paced environment (e-commerce or fashion-related industries a plus)
Strong communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
Think strategically, independently, and creatively to help grow the company’s revenue through partnerships
Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (as well as have an aptitude with technology)
Bonus Points: Proficient experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Asana, Google Shared Documents
