What we're looking for:

  • Provide strategic administrative support to UpKeep’s go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success)
  • Document SOPs and communicate process improvements that support the overall efficiency of the GTM programs
  • Schedule, run, and document team meetings— proactively address action items as needed
  • Run and analyze reports that help managers better understand team performance, trends, and forecasts
  • Assist with the implementation of team trainings, performance reviews, and career development activities
  • Assist with the maintenance of CRM records, implementation of sales/marketing collateral, troubleshooting of daily issues, and communication with prospects or customers as needed
  • Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate commission and bonus payouts
  • Work closely with UpKeep’s People and Operations teams to ensure alignment on company policy— help GTM leaders communicate policy changes to their teams 
  • As a sales culture enthusiast, you will organize contest and events to keep teams engaged and motivated
  • Manage other ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as needed to help us achieve our goals

What we're lookin for:

  • A strong written and verbal communicator who’s not afraid of speaking to executives or large groups
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • A proactive team player who’s always thinking of new and creative ways to support managers and their teams 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines with little oversight
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Administrator, Marketing Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant (or similar) supporting a sales org
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other modern CRM tools is a big plus

Location

We are a mostly remote team; however, our HQ is in Westwood Village near UCLA. Local employees love that we're surrounded by restaurants and stores.
