Position Summary:

 As a Sales Executive, you will be penetrating new accounts, and depending on your previous experience, these accounts will be aligned to a vertical that will either be primarily hospitality, advertising agencies, or CPG. Although you will benefit from the coverage of a BDR team, Sales Executive are expected to be skilled hunters capable of building a robust pipeline, proactively managing your deals, and have the ability to forecast with accuracy. 

You will be an early figure in the company today and as we grow, so shall you. Leadership and management opportunities are definitely part of the growth plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Your ACV on deals will range from $20K - $200K. You will be expected to achieve or exceed a quarterly quota of $200K after a reduced first-quarter ramp.
  • You will be unafraid of prospecting and will work together with, but not be reliant upon, your BDR to drive the top of your sales funnel.
  • You will manage a pipeline in such a way that you create buying teams at your prospects and will report progress on a weekly basis on the progress of each deal and your ability to penetrate each account.
  • You create innovative and customized presentations and audits (supported in many cases by marketing) for each of your accounts.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • You are a team player and look forward to embracing the company’s cultural value of “One Team”. You will be expected to seek out ways to help your peers and those in other departments even when doing so does not necessarily directly impact your quota performance.
  • You will collaborate with the product team to help define and refine the product roadmap and with the customer success teams to ensure each account’s transition from prospect to client is seamless and successful.

Criteria

  • You should be a highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn, willing to adapt quickly, and comfortable with the ambiguity and changing nature of a fast-moving technology company.
  • Extensive experience selling SaaS Solutions within Social Media Marketing to both agency and direct clients.
  • Ideally you came up through the ranks of SDR and now have three or more years’ experience as a quota carrying sales executive at a growing technology company, and preferably you have spent some of your career at a SaaS company.
  • Aggressive and capable of opening doors across clients at all levels with a proven track record of success in SaaS Sales within Social/Influencer Marketing.
  • You are a persuasive communicator skilled in all forms of communication from written emails, to Zoom calls, to presenting to a buying committee in person.
  • You are comfortable with Hubspot.

Compensation & benefits:

  • 50% commission
