FabFitFun is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator-Lifestyle to join our booming Brand Partnerships team in the West Hollywood HQ! This role will report to the Director, Brand Partnerships- Lifestyle, and will be responsible for assisting in sourcing amazing products for our box, building and maintaining relationships with our brand partners, and analyzing data and reports to make strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trend forecasting, rooted with a proficiency in retail math to support merchandise and inventory planning.

What you’ll do:

Conduct research on new products, and handle cold outreach to 100+ brands per week in order to keep product flow moving
Act as main point of contact with current and future brand partners through scheduling, attending calls/meetings and supporting the process from prospecting to close
Organize all samples that come for the subscription box and e-commerce sales by updating SalesForce and tracking the COGs/MSRP/Units/Terms for each item
Analyze data from multiple sources and optimize merchandising plans to drive KPI’s
Help support in revenue forecasting, and track all top performing home/tech products to understand the metrics driving revenue factors
Work cross-functionally with the Consumer Insights Team to gather the customer feedback and forecasted ratings on prospected products
Assist with the registration and booking details for any relevant trade shows

What you have:

2-3 years of Open-to-Buy or Merchandising experience in a fast-paced company
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Fashion/Merchandising, Marketing, Business)
Strong skill set in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and excited about learning new systems
Passion for trends within home, tech, men's and women's lifestyle
A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, and great attitude
Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Asana, Google Shared Documents
