FabFitFun is searching for a Merchandising Assistant (e-Commerce) to join our growing team in the Los Angeles HQ. Reporting to the E-Commerce Merchandising Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with our E-commerce partners, assist in sourcing relevant products, and helping to keep our fabulous customers enthused about the brand! We want someone who is detail oriented, customer centric, and passionate about the opportunity to grow our E-commerce business while working in a fun and creative environment. What You’ll Do:

• Assist the E-Commerce Merchandising Manager in sourcing and managing new partnerships across all categories of Women’s lifestyle (Beauty, Fashion, Fitness, Home, Health, etc) for flash sale and e-Commerce initiatives. 
• Act as main point of contact with current and future partners through scheduling and attending calls/meetings, maintaining constant communication, and updating partners on all new initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with the Creative, Customer Support, and Operations departments on all merchandising-related issues surrounding our flash sales:
  • Oversee the Creative team to gather high-quality product images and produce engaging product copy
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure all product descriptions are accurate and detailed to cut down on customer outreach and confusion
  • Coordinating with the Warehouse and Operations teams to oversee inventory allocation for every sale
• Responsible for inputing and ensuring quality of data entry surrounding Salesforce, as well as accurate product descriptions, pricing, and dimensions
• Manage lead generation and partnership follow from trade show and event opportunities 
• Monitor online and mobile shopping trends, and maintaining a knowledge of innovative opportunities and competitive analysis 

What You’ll Need:

• 1-2 years of Merchandising experience within a fast-paced industry, e-Commerce or startup environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Fashion/Merchandising, Marketing, Business)
• Interest in the latest trends within all things beauty, fashion, fitness, and wellness
• A strong work ethic with self-starter mindset
• Stellar problem solver and enjoy providing a high level of service
• Proven at building relationships with clients and teammates
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Keynote, and Salesforce
