Media & Sales Coordinator
FabFitFun is looking for a Media & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This individual will help facilitate partnerships with relevant lifestyle brands to create co-branded boxes, event activations, and FFFTV collaborations. Reporting to the Head of Business Development we are looking for an organized self-starter who is passionate about media, tech, content and e-commerce and is interested in working towards a client-facing sales role.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct preliminary research on potential brands and vendors
- Ideate, develop, and create pitch collateral and decks
- Partner with Legal team on preparing contracts
- On-board new vendors when deals come to life
- Manage day to day account management needs with vendors post-sale
- Prepare post campaign wrap-up reports and case studies
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance & Creative teams to meet goals and deadlines
- Perform administrative tasks, as needed to support the Business Dev & Sales Team
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of professional work experience in fast-paced environment (e-commerce or fashion-related industries a plus)
- Strong communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
- Think strategically, independently, and creatively to help grow the company’s revenue through partnerships
- Extreme attention to detail, creative and critical thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach and positive attitude
- Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (as well as have an aptitude with technology)
- Bonus Points: Strong experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Asana, Google Shared Documents
