Manager / Senior Manager of Sales Enablement 

Overview:

The Revenue Strategy & Ops org creates the foundation for sustainable and consistent revenue growth at scale. We are looking for a well-rounded leader to build out and oversee our sales tools.This role will be tasked with putting the systems, tools, in place to make our sales team more effective at providing value to our customers.

As Mgr/Sr Mgr of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for building and executing the strategy and framework for our sales enablement activities, as well as managing a team to implement it (including Salesforce / CRM developers). The right person will have a blend of technical experience creating systems solutions for high-functioning sales team, deep sales process knowledge and intuition, and an understanding of how to build engaging and effective training programs. As a leader in the Revenue organization, excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a track record of reliably delivering and contributing to a sales team’s performance, are required.

The impact you'll make:

  • Build the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce / sales tooling to drive measurable improvements in productivity at scale among sales team and partners (billing, support, marketing etc).
  • Directly manage team of Salesforce developers to execute tooling roadmap with strong project management skills
  • Streamline sales process via improvement of current sales tools
  • Identify potential new resources (technology / methodologies to increase field sales effectiveness and productivity
  • Responsible for generating full transparency of the sales lifecycle from leads, leads scoring to initiatives and pipeline
  • Develop a targeted plan to educate and upskill sales team in utilizing all tools and systems available to them to drive productivity
  • Track, measure and report on success and utilization of existing sales tools; identify gaps and develop remediation plans.

What you've accomplished:

  • 5+ years of combined work experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Tooling Product Manager, or other experience  
  • 2+ years experience managing or leading teams
  • Highly knowledgeable about efficient sales processes and tools including Salesforce
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce developer, admin, or at least have certification(s): Salesforce Administrator, Sr. Salesforce Administrator, or Platform App Builder 
  • Cross-functional team leadership, influence, management, and alignment experience
  • Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Must possess a "What's Possible" mindset and be willing to take on challenges
  • Strong at solving and simplifying complex problems at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
