As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll help define the way we sell text message learning to some of the world’s largest organizations. You’ll help build out our formal sales playbooks, deep dive on challenges with our AE, BDR, and customers, and work to close deals while showing talent leaders how Arist creates transformational change.

More specifically, in your day to day you’ll:

  • Work with marketing and BDRs to book calls with qualified enterprise leads
  • Demo Arist for learning and talent development leaders, showing benefits and answering questions
  • Help potential customers qualify what makes a good Arist use case and setting them up for success
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with enterprise-level accounts
  • Work with Account Management to set enterprise customers up for long term success and re-engage when relevant
  • Help design and define our sales playbooks as we build out our team

You’ll be great for this role if you:

  • Have 3+ years of Account Executive experience, preferably 2+ in a B2B role with enterprise accounts
  • Have great coaching skills and a desire to mentor more junior sales members
  • Have a deep understanding of sales best practices and how to use them
  • Are kind, prompt and organized in your client outreach and response
  • Feel passionate and excited about closing enterprise deals
