Director of Commercial Partnerships

As the Director of Commercial Partnerships, you’ll report to the Head of Sales & Success and work with a small team comprised of yourself and members of our Product & Marketing teams to work with our initial partners and develop our broader Partner strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our go to market efforts with Services, Reseller and Technology partners who can help drive growth in the Enterprise Segment “High Touch” partners
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for our current and future partners (pending team build-out)
  • Identify and build strong relationships with Key Partners leading to user and revenue growth
  • Work cross functionally with
    • Product & Marketing to define how we can best serve the overall Partner ecosystem
    • Sales to identify how we best work with partners to acquire and grow customers
    • Customer Success & Support to identify opportunities to better serve our customers through partners
  • Present and discuss our products with new partners
  • With your counterparts from Marketing & Product, create an overall Partner Strategy that meets our corporate goals

Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in a sales/partner/channel role (including at least 1 in a leadership role)
  • Experience working with Consulting, Reseller and Technology partners
  • Proven ability to manage external resources and work cross-functionally, particularly with Product, Marketing & Sales
  • Experience launching new partner programs (either as the leader or key player)
  • Experience with Land & Expand/User-Driven Go-to-Market models
  • Experience with product, design and eng buyers/users and pain points, a plus
  • Great external and executive stakeholder communications skills
  • An inclination toward measurement; understanding of analytics and CRM & other tools
  • Build and lead a team that will ensure we meet these objectives
