Description

As Deal Desk Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director of Growth & Operations and will have the opportunity to support our marketing, platform, finance, product,  sales, and customer success operations strategy while being responsible for reviewing and approving pricing, deal structure, and margins. In this role you will:

Responsibilities

  • Improve sales efficiency and prevent any bottlenecks in the deal process with custom pricing negotiations and contract management.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for all contracts, pricing, quotes, proposals, discounts, and approvals.
  • Assist with on-boarding and training new and existing sales, customer success, and marketing talent on deal structure and rules.
  • Ensure that high value complex deals in the pipeline sail through and get signed. While facilitating recurring subscriptions against our ARR targets. 
  • Be responsible for margin targets and control across all products & services globally.
  • Manage day to day pricing and deal requests that come through our internal systems & aliases.
  • Manage global pricing tiers and currency conversions with our internal teams.
  • Take the lead assisting our sales teams with any client procurement negotiations and requests.
  • Analyze business outcomes and opportunities and strive to standardize efficiencies whenever possible. 
  • Implement and analyze results for the company including building frameworks that help VidMob continue to scale. 
  • Proactively define and execute projects spanning systems, data management, process automation, data validation, and process and tooling implementation.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of business/sales operations experience supporting key stakeholders. Experience working in or with Procurement/contract management/quote-to-cash preferred.
  • Attention to detail, are extremely organized, and thrive on identifying and delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in data visualization. 
  • Data-focused, results-producing mindset - you consistently make data driven decisions and question how companies can use data better.
  • A focus on solutions, you are skilled in uncovering areas for improvement across the org, within the sales, marketing, creative operations, data/insights, and customer success teams, developing potential solutions and implementing the best-fit solution for the need. 
  • You enjoy training others on systems and processes, creating clear documentation and digestible training sessions.
  • You understand complex systems, and how to use and manipulate data and CRM tools to reflect the needs of the system.
  • Natural curiosity, pushing the company to create better and more integrated support systems  
  • You have experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, HTML, data modeling and data visualization tools.
