That’s where you come in.  The Business Development Director is primarily responsible for completing the sales cycle on warm leads assigned to them for medium to large scale enterprise companies. Additional responsibilities include, coordinating proposals, following up on pipeline and ensuring the sales cycle is completed with extraordinary customer service.

What You Will Do

  • Understand partnership ecosystem 
  • Strategic mapping for key partnerships including direct and indirect sales
  • Develop key partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Grow a pipeline of potential channel partners/resellers
  • Grow and close warm leads with medium to large scale enterprises
  • Manage sales pipeline 
  • Listen and draw out the concerns/problems of others to identify possible solutions
  • Identify the traits of the ideal customer and seek to find others with the same traits
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Help manage our sales strategic sales pipeline by supporting Account Executives
  • Craft compelling statements of work and pricing proposals
  • Developing trusting advisory relationships with clients
  • Converting those leads into meaningful sales for the company and managing a book of business
  • Master our value proposition today and as the competitive landscape evolves
  • Hit, achieve, and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate, guide and participate in technical demos

Who You Are

  • 5-7+ years of sales experience
  • Call Lead Gen or Center Software experience preferred 
  • Passion for start-up technology companies, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced start-up environment
  • Confidence with lead generation and sales conversion
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills; experience running technical demos & ability to demonstrate ROI through the use of technology
