Centerfield Media is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Playa Vista, CA. The ideal candidate we are looking for is ambitious, enthusiastic, an extreme extrovert who wants to be on the fast track to growth within a skyrocketing company. The future team member will possess the skills of a highly motivated sales professional who has a track record of over achievement against sales quotas.

Skills/Attributes Required

• Bachelor’s degree, recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience with inside sales
• Strong knowledge of Excel and/or other sales tracking tools
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative start-up environment that smartly and quickly delivers new features to market, are low on ego and high on desire to win.
• Comfortable with cold calling and a call center-type environment
• Motivated by selling and the opportunity to increase your earnings potential
• Passion for the advertising technology industry

Skills/Attributes Desired

• Experience with Google AdWords and/or SEM or SEO
• Advanced knowledge of online technology, social media, web design and computer skills
• An open, positive, can do attitude with a constant desire to learn and grow
• Serious capacity for fun and excellence
