FabFitFun is looking for an Associate Buyer, Dropship to join our growing Merchandising/e-commerce department! This position will support the Dropship buying vertical and report directly to the Senior Buyer of Dropship. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things retail and e-commerce and excited to help build out this emerging vertical for our members-only flash sales. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage current vendor accounts and source new brands/vendors through weekly outreach
• Communicate directly with brands to negotiate contracts/ costs, assist with proper vendor setup including all contracts across multiple internal systems
• Conduct comp research and price checking for dropship items
• Deliver or exceed revenue and margin targets
• Disseminate pitch decks
• Support the Buying team in preparing for e-commerce sales by ensuring all products within the Dropship category are represented accurately on the FabFitFun website
• Foster existing brand relationships to ensure account growth, client satisfaction, and retention
• Build strong relationships with key cross-functional partners across the organization
• Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required to support the Dropship Buying Team as needed

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years buying or merchandising experience in a retail/e-commerce, or wholesale environment
• Strong relationship management skills with exposure to negotiations and contracts 
• Confident in data entry with a high level of accuracy across multiple systems.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, or Asana
