Associate - Business Development

We are hiring on our Business Development team to help us grow!  The business development team is responsible for acquiring new customers and further developing relationships with existing customers in their market. However, hire will also be responsible for providing strategic input and exposed to all aspects of the business to ensure their company knowledge, product knowledge, and ability to serve the customer are maximized. There are significant opportunities to challenge yourself by wearing additional hats and the opportunity to move into leadership positions as the firm continues its rapid expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:   

Entry:  

• Good attitude  

• Strong work-ethic  

• Ability to receive constructive-criticism and improve  

• Willingness to develop and explore fullest potential – you will be expected to grow  

• Bachelor Degree in a business-related field (preferred) 

• Commercial Real Estate background or work-experience (preferred) 

• Well-networked (preferred) 

• Ability to meet and exceed established KPIs

Mid-level:  

Same attributes as entry level+: 

• 3+ year tenure in the commercial real estate or finance industries (or other relevant field) 

• Ability to work with, teach, and mentor entry-level team-members 

• Strong professional network and good reputation within it 

• Comfortable in client-facing roles  

• Ability to meet and exceed established KPI’s

Upper-level

Same attributes as entry and mid-level+: 

• Significant industry or related industry experience with excellent reputation 

• Significant CRE product knowledge 

• Ability to lead a team and develop team-members 

• Professional confidence and willingness to speak with high-level executives  

• Confidence in ability with enough humility to recognize personal growth opportunities  

• Willingness to rise within the organization through production not politics  

• Large professional network

• Ability to meet and exceed established KPI’s
