About the Role 
The Affiliate Marketing Sales Manager will be a critical part of a new business team focusing on online advertising and lead generation on behalf of partners. The Affiliate Marketing Sales Manager will be responsible for architecting and executing a partner sales strategy. The Affiliate Marketing Sales Manager’s focus will be sourcing and closing deals with partners, as well as maintain partner relationships. 
Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute an affiliate marketing sales strategy, including having key responsibility as affiliate salesperson 
  • Identifying industries and verticals well-suited to GoodRx affiliate solutions
  • Actively prospect to generate new partner leads 
  • Create sales proposals, pitches, presentations and take lead on having sales conversations to potential new partners
  • Manage a partner sales pipeline and hit growth 
  • Manage affiliate partner reporting, communicate performance of the programs, and recommend improvements
  • Work with our the GoodRx product and development teams to develop additional features for GoodRx affiliate solutions.
Skills & Qualifications: 
  • 4+ years of experience in the affiliate sales industry, with excellent prospecting and closing skills
  • Experience in healthcare and related industries preferred
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and a proven track record of achieving revenue goals
  • Understands complex customer requirements, ability to find multiple avenues of entry into an account
  • Excellent cross-functional working skills 
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills 
  • Digital health / healthcare IT experience is a plus
  • Account management experience is a plus
