FabFitFun is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our company in West Hollywood. You will be an integral part of our rapidly growing team where you will have the opportunity to thrive within our Merchandising department. This self-starter will be a champion of world-class client service and deliver quality experience at every contact point for our brands and vendors.

What You'll Do:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for clients and vendors from sales order to delivery
• Foster relationships to ensure account growth, client satisfaction, and retention
• Manage a growing account list of 60-80 accounts ranging in beauty, lifestyle, fitness, health, non-profit, and sponsor brands
• Negotiate and create vendor agreements and other contracts for brand partners and sponsors
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance & Legal, Operations teams to meet goals and deadlines
• Work with in-box partners on campaign wrap reports and case studies
• Setup invoices and POs for brand partners and sponsors; work with finance and accounting teams to ensure payment
• Perform administrative tasks, as needed across the Merchandising team

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years Account Management experience (e-Commerce or fashion-related industries a plus)
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications or Marketing)
• Confident, resourceful, decisive, and willing to take initiative
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, environment
• A stellar problem solver and enjoy providing a high level of service
• Proven at building relationships with clients and teammates
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation capabilities
