Account Executive, Customer Growth
About the Role
Due to our recent merger, we have a unique opportunity to drive additional value to our customer base by cross-selling the PatientPop Practice Growth Solution into existing Kareo EHR, and BillCo customers. In this role you will be working cross functionally with several departments to help customers identify potential growth opportunities, while expanding the overall Tebra relationship.
Your Area of Focus
- Build and maintain a book of business
- Forecast Monthly Sales Projections accurately
- Run the PatientPop demo end-to-end for Kareo customers referred from their Account Management Team (inbound)
- Proactively follow up with customer marketing leads (outbound)
- Prospect for self generated leads within our existing CRM and Kareo Customer base
- Achieve Monthly KPIs and Sales Quota
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer success
Your Professional Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Individuals who are adaptable and thrive in a changing environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to be a consultative seller.
- Demonstrated success in their current role.
- Highly organized and disciplined around their prospecting activities, follow up, and workflow.
- Works well with others; Requires strong collaboration with Kareo account management, and other roles within the company.
- Are confident and professional in customer communications.
- Are eager for constructive feedback and coaching.
