The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the USA Beauty & Personal Care commercial team by managing inbound client inquiries, coordinating quotation workflows, maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline data, and supporting post-quote activities such as purchase orders, invoicing, scheduling, and shipment coordination. This role serves as a key link between sales, clients, operations, laboratory teams, clinic operations, and finance to help keep opportunities moving efficiently and deliver a high-quality client experience. It also contributes to process improvements, reporting, and operational tracking that support team effectiveness and commercial growth.
 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience in sales support, customer service, business operations, or administrative coordination. Strong communication skills, advanced Excel capability, and CRM experience are important, with Salesforce preferred. Experience in life sciences, CRO, testing, or beauty and personal care is a plus, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.


Hourly Pay Range: $29-$31/hour
