Job Description

The Sales Enablement & Change Management Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and enablement initiatives across Motorola Solutions' Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Sales Organization.

Serving as a liaison between Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and cross-functional business partners, this individual will lead the coordination of change management activities, communications, and training to ensure sellers are informed, equipped, and supported through new tools and process enhancements. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic collaboration to simplify the seller experience, improve cross-functional alignment, and drive sales productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management & Sales Tool Enablement: Serve as the primary Sales Enablement point of contact for VS&A sales tool rollouts, Salesforce enhancements, and process changes. Develop and execute change management plans in partnership with Sales Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating rollout activities, seller readiness, and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation.
  • Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead the coordination and execution of VS&A Sales Enablement communications, including tool announcements, Salesforce updates, newsletters, and ongoing program messaging. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications across established channels (including Batchat and Batmail), ensuring sellers understand upcoming changes and their impact.
  • Training Coordination & Facilitation: Coordinate training activities for new VS&A sales tools, enhancements, and enablement initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up communications. Partner with subject matter experts to deliver effective learning experiences while confidently facilitating large-scale enablement sessions, presentations, and small-group workshops.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Seller Experience: Represent Sales Enablement in cross-functional VS&A discussions, partnering with Sales Operations and business leaders to align priorities, identify opportunities, and improve the overall seller experience. Contribute to strategic enablement programs by identifying opportunities to simplify seller workflows, reduce friction, and strengthen tool adoption and sales productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales support, sales/business operations, marketing, communications, or related role
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple projects, coordinate training logistics, and drive initiatives to completion
  • Confidence in presenting to and facilitating training sessions for large groups and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for sales, process coordination, and enabling sales team success

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
