Overview: The Sales Compensation & Incentives Lead owns execution of sales compensation plans across IB Legal, ensuring incentives are accurate, timely, and aligned to business objectives. This role is responsible not only for administering compensation, but also for continuously improving how plans are structured, calculated, and delivered.
IB Legal is evolving its GTM model across multiple legacy businesses, and this role will help ensure incentives and payouts remain aligned as the model converges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer sales compensation plans and payout processes
- Calculate and validate commissions and incentive payments
- Maintain compensation models and payout logic
- Support updates to compensation plans as GTM structure evolves
- Resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes
- Improve tools, workflows, and data models used in compensation
- Leverage technology (including AI) to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Reduce manual effort and cycle time in compensation administration
