The RevOps Manager optimizes sales and revenue operations, manages HubSpot, develops enablement strategies, and analyzes data for insights.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RevOps Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Hubspot and a strong understanding of sales processes and tools. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing and customer success, and is crucial in optimizing our sales and revenue operations, ensuring our teams are equipped with the right tools, resources, and training to drive performance and achieve our growth targets.

Key focuses of this role are:
- Hubspot Expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related activities. This includes managing and optimizing the CRM, creating and maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.
- Sales and Retention Enablement: Develop and implement strategies to enable the sales team, including creating training materials, sales playbooks, and other resources in conjunction with Marketing to support sales and adoption efforts.
- Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and utilization of key sales tools including Slack, Avoma, Apollo, Koncert, and Warmly. Ensure these tools are fully integrated with our sales and renewal processes, Hubspot, and marketing campaigns.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with others to implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to sales, customer success and marketing leaders. Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all revenue-generating activities.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the relevant teams on Hubspot and other sales tools. Ensure all team members are proficient and utilizing tools effectively.
- Project Management: Lead and manage various projects related to sales enablement, customer renewal, and revenue operations. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet the desired outcomes.
A few things about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in Marketing and CS strongly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot is a must. Experience with setting up workflows, custom reports, and advanced features.
- Proficiency in using and integrating sales tools such as Slack, Avoma, Apollo, Koncert, and Warmly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus.
