Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, from large enterprises and research universities to seed-stage startups and nonprofits. Providing seamless access to compute with pricing and inventory transparency is the future of access to GPUs, and we are the only cloud provider offering a platform that shows all available GPUs with transparent, market-based pricing, in addition to long-term reserve contracts for our customers.

As part of this effort, we’re in search of a Revenue Operations Manager to help lead the Global GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Finance) through the evolution of GTM structure, productivity optimization, and operational processes.

Primary responsibilities include executing operational cadence (e.g., forecasting, pipeline management), overseeing pipeline initiatives such as ensuring a healthy business operating cadence, revenue systems & process standardization, revenue forecasting & managing Deal Desk initiatives.

You should be comfortable being the only RevOps person and thrive in 0-to-1 environments where you get to create everything from scratch. Expertise with KPIs, metrics, lead qualification logic, handoffs, and funnel operations. Have been through high-growth scaling before and understand what it takes to build systems that can handle rapid expansion. This position will report to the Vice President, Marketing with a dotted line to Vice President, Finance.

This is a remote role, but you must be located in the Bay Area in order to meet with the team.

Revenue Foundation & Strategy

  • Design and implement the complete go-to-market framework from scratch

  • Create scalable territory assignment and segmentation strategies that will grow

  • Build the first formal compensation plans and quota structures

  • Establish the operational processes that enable predictable revenue growth

Systems & Infrastructure

  • Own the complete revenue technology stack selection and implementation

  • Build leading indicator dashboards and analytics that give leadership real-time visibility

  • Create productive capacity models to guide aggressive hiring plans

  • Design data flows and reporting that scale with growth

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner and align Marketing, Sales, Finance functions to ensure seamless go-to-market execution

  • Establish the rhythms, meetings, and cadences that keep the growing team coordinated

  • Establish the metrics and KPIs that track growth effectively

Requirements

  • Startup & Scale Experience

  • 5-7 years of in Sales Ops, RevOps, or GTM analytics at a high-growth startup

  • Fluent in funnel metrics and process design

  • Hands-on with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and data visualization tools

  • Advanced skills in analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)

  • Strong understanding of sales compensation, territory design, and capacity planning

  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and contributing to strategic decisions

What You’ll Own

  • Sales and marketing metrics and forecasting

  • Lead routing and sales funnel optimization

  • Maintain CRM dashboards, pipeline views, and automation

  • Define and enforce lead stage definitions, activity tracking, and follow-up SLAs

  • Track weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions, revenue per rep, etc.)

  • Support forecasting and pipeline analysis for executive/investor reporting

  • Help structure and track compensation plans, spiffs, and reporting logic

Compensation Range: $180K - $215K
