We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Remote Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our AI-powered writing platform.
In this role, you will oversee multiple interconnected projects across product, engineering, design, and operations—ensuring alignment with company objectives, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. You will act as the operational backbone of key programs, translating vision into execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Execution
- Own end-to-end program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment across teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively implement mitigation strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, AI, or productivity tools environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
