Description

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Noma is working with the world's most ambitious organizations to usher in the AI future. We are building a security platform designed to help organizations adopt AI and agents at scale. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

As a Regional Sales Director, you'll drive new business growth, build a strong pipeline, and close strategic deals that expand Noma's footprint across your region. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class results in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity and AI landscape. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in cybersecurity who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Build your region from the ground up, setting the account strategy, the coverage plan, and the pace.
  • Land the enterprise logos that define the territory, then expand across business units as AI adoption spreads inside the account.
  • Sell a platform that covers the full AI lifecycle, from development through agentic runtime, against competitors who cover one slice of it.
  • Show CISOs and AI security leaders the risk they can't currently see, and win the deal on what the platform surfaces.
  • Sell with published vulnerability research behind you, the kind that gets Noma's name into the security press and into CISO conversations before you ask for one.
  • Develop channel and cloud partnerships in-region to open doors and shorten paths to close.
  • Work directly with Product and Marketing to sharpen the pitch, the category, and the roadmap as the market moves.

✅ What You Bring

  • Enterprise Security Sales Experience: 5+ years selling security software to enterprise buyers, not general enterprise SaaS.
  • Procurement Fluency: You've personally run deals through security review, legal, and vendor risk assessment, not just secured a champion's verbal yes.
  • Category-Adjacent Background: Experience in identity/access (IAM/PAM), data security, SIEM/UEBA, cloud security/CNAPP, AppSec, or AI security specifically.
  • Documented Performance: Quota attainment, President's/Chairman's Club, or company-level outcomes you can tie directly to your own contribution.
  • Complex Deal Command: Track record on six-figure ACV, multi-stakeholder deals with cycles of 100+ days and a technical evaluation gate.
  • Category-Creation Selling: Comfort teaching a buyer that the problem exists before positioning a solution, rather than selling into established budget.
  • Sales Methodology: Formal enterprise methodology experience such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or Command of the Message.
  • Startup Agility: Thrives in a fast-moving, low-process environment where the playbook is still being written and closes gaps without being asked.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Home office setup reimbursement
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life and accident insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture
  • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London
  • Equity options that let you share in Noma's growth and success

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
