Generate qualified pipeline across Latin America by prospecting enterprise security, AI, and data leaders in Spanish and English. Conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, research accounts, tailor outreach, coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners, maintain Salesforce records, meet pipeline targets, and help build regional playbooks and onboard future team members.

Owns Noma’s end-to-end quote-to-cash process, including complex enterprise and channel deal structuring, pricing and discount governance, CPQ configuration, booking, billing handoff, and audit-ready documentation. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product on terms, revenue recognition, pricing, and multi-entity transactions. Reports on deal performance and improves quote-to-close and invoicing processes.

Design and lead secure AI security solutions for enterprise customers across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Conduct technical discovery, architect integrations spanning AI systems, LLM applications, data pipelines, model layers, and runtime environments, and support presales validations and implementations. Serve as a technical advisor to CISOs and security leaders while partnering with Sales, Product, and R&D to guide deployments, resolve escalations, and influence product strategy.

Drive enterprise sales growth across a defined region by building account strategies, developing pipelines, closing complex cybersecurity deals, and expanding strategic accounts. Sell Noma’s AI security platform to CISOs and AI security leaders, build channel and cloud partnerships, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and leadership. The role requires expertise in enterprise security software sales, complex procurement processes, category creation, formal sales methodologies, and six-figure, multi-stakeholder deals.

Build and scale strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators by recruiting partners, developing joint business plans, driving co-sell initiatives, enabling partner teams, aligning executives, and generating partner-sourced revenue. The role owns GSI relationships, creates partnership frameworks, tracks pipeline and revenue attribution, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to expand enterprise reach.

Lead hands-on technical post-sales engagements, helping customers deploy, integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize Noma’s AI security platform. Translate use cases into production-ready workflows, automation, integrations, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns. Conduct technical deep dives, resolve complex issues, coordinate escalations, enable customers, and collaborate with Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support teams.

Own strategic post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, advising them on AI security and governance. Lead discovery, define measurable outcomes, drive adoption, support retention and expansion, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and operationalization teams. Translate CISO-level strategy, GRC concerns, business objectives, and technical requirements into practical solution strategies while identifying new AI security use cases and growth opportunities.

Own technical pre-sales for enterprise AI security: lead discovery, design demos, execute end-to-end POCs, partner with AEs, surface product feedback, and advise customers on complex technical decisions.
