About Resolve AI
  • At Resolve, we’re building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems — from code to databases — taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.

  • Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

  • We raised a $35M Seed round from top-tier investors like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn) and Fei Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).

What You'll Do

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our hiring operations and the first impression candidates have of Resolve AI. You'll partner directly with our talent and leadership team to orchestrate seamless interview experiences that reflect our culture of excellence and technical rigor. Your organizational attention to detail will be critical as we scale our world-class teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that showcase Resolve AI's mission and culture.

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across technical and non-technical roles, managing complex logistics for both virtual and in-person interviews with precision and speed.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize interview processes, gather feedback, and continuously refine our approach to attract top-tier engineering talent.

  • Maintain data integrity and insights in our ATS (Ashby), providing real-time metrics and analysis to inform hiring decisions and improve conversion rates.

  • Build foundational recruiting operations from the ground up, establishing scalable processes for interview logistics, candidate communication, and feedback collection as we rapidly expand.

  • Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, implementing automation where possible, and experimenting with new tools and approaches to enhance efficiency.

  • Represent our employer brand through every candidate touchpoint, embodying our values of technical excellence, urgency, and innovation.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience, ideally in high-growth startup or tech environments with exposure to a high-volume role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, complex schedules, and competing deadlines without dropping the ball.

  • Strong communication abilities with a warm, professional demeanor and attention to detail in all written and verbal interactions.

  • Systems-thinking mindset with experience using ATS platforms (Ashby preferred), scheduling tools, and the ability to quickly master new technologies.

  • Startup mentality with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where you'll wear multiple hats and take ownership of outcomes.

  • Bias toward action and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.

  • Genuine excitement about our mission to revolutionize engineering operations through Agentic AI and the opportunity to help build something transformative.

We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, and other characteristics protected by law.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
