The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco
As a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract), you will be the operational backbone of our hiring process—ensuring every candidate, recruiter, hiring manager, and interviewer has a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. Your attention to detail, proactive communication, and service mindset will help us deliver an exceptional recruiting experience while enabling Moloco to hire top talent quickly and effectively.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Scheduling – Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring all parties are informed about interview details and any changes.
- Communication – Keep candidates updated on the hiring process and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Candidate Experience – Ensure a positive experience by managing logistics, arranging travel, and addressing candidate questions or concerns.
- Data Management – Maintain Greenhouse (ATS) by inputting candidate information, updating statuses, and generating reports.
- Administrative Tasks – Assist with background checks and documentation related to the hiring process.
- Collaboration – Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to support the recruitment process and maintain alignment.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- Have experience using ModernLoop interview scheduling system.
- Have previous experience in recruitment coordination.
- Excel at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and adapt to different audiences.
- Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task.
- Deliver excellent service to candidates and stakeholders, always aiming to improve their experience.
Note: This is a contract role starting in September.

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay.
