Summary: 
As Recruiting Coordinator at Atomica, you’ll ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates and new hires by coordinating interviews, managing onboarding, and supporting HR/Recruiting operations. You'll be a key point of contact throughout the hiring process and play an active role in maintaining our talent pipeline. This role offers a path to grow into a full-cycle recruiting position as you gain experience and take on more responsibility. 

Objectives and Key results:

  • Own and deliver seamless new hire onboarding- first day schedule, walking to trainings, and HR onboarding
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks related to recruitment and personnel records
  • Assist with building and maintaining Atomica’s applicant pool and talent pipeline
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and assisting with being the point of contact for onsite interviews
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Create candidate profiles and job descriptions
  • As you grow into the role: managing 1-3 open requisitions at one time

Compensation:   

$27-$35 per hour
