About the Role

The purpose of this position is to attract, source & hire world class talent to COG USA.  As a key member of our People team, you will support the Cotton On Group strategy in the United States by effectively partnering with your business teams to fill positions with qualified and talented people. You are responsible for managing both the internal and external full-cycle recruitment and hiring process for designated market/brand/functions for both part-time and full-time employees. You will also partner to provide relevant training to hiring managers on best practices and legal requirements for hiring candidates in a fair and consistent manner that follows all applicable local, State and Federal laws.

Key responsibilities

  • Ability to accurately assess talent through phone screening, resume review and structured interview process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to project passion for the brand (on the phone or in person)
  • Strong collaboration skills with an ability to appropriately challenge business partners on candidate assessment
  • Advanced organizational skills and timely follow up with multiple internal customers and external candidates
  • Ability to facilitate training to a variety of audiences on Recruiting best practices
  • Ability to be strategic, proactive and prioritize to the needs of an evolving business
  • Team focused and an ability to work and relate to people from all backgrounds
  • Complete ADHOC tasks as requested by/in conjunction with the P&P team

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Some business travel required within the USA

Must Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition experience (Retail industry preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office
  • Strong ATS Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  

  • Must have the ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 10 pounds at a time
  • Must be physically capable of walking and standing for long periods on surfaces not necessarily friendly to the legs and back
  • Sitting for long periods of time in an open and creative office environment
