Connect organic creator content to paid media and CRM, identify high-performing content, and partner with global and US marketing teams to localize campaigns. The role owns revenue, GMV, conversion, margin, and efficiency outcomes while supporting integrated marketing operations.

Allocate products and quantities across retail channels to support sales and inventory health. Partner with retail, visual merchandising, merchandising, and distribution center teams to prioritize stock, adjust store templates and grades, and execute markdown and promotional activity. Analyze data, provide administrative support and insights, conduct weekly store visits, and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience. The role requires strong Excel skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work in a hybrid office and store environment.

Leads employee relations, workplace investigations, benefits administration, HR inbox and shared-services operations. Partners with leaders, Payroll, HRIS teams, vendors, and brokers to resolve employee issues, ensure compliance, improve service delivery, and maintain accurate records. Redesigns HR processes using technology, AI, automation, self-service resources, and knowledge bases while tracking case quality, response times, benefits service levels, and employee experience.

Provide high-level executive support to the Country Manager including complex international travel planning, calendar and time management across time zones, meeting preparation and follow-up, leadership team coordination, stakeholder relationship management, and office/administrative backup. Act as a proactive strategic partner, maintain confidentiality, improve processes, and support cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.
