Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, production lines, and finished products for quality and specification compliance.

Monitor and document HACCP, GMP, SOP, and sanitation requirements.

Perform pre-operational inspections, ATP/environmental swabbing, and temperature checks.

Identify quality or food-safety deviations and communicate issues to QA/QC and production teams.

Complete QC records, corrective actions, calibration checks, and traceability documentation.

Assist with internal audits, inspections, mock recalls, and continuous improvement activities.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality control, food manufacturing, or seafood processing preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and food-safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
