Requires strong mathematics, communication, print reading, GD&T, engineering fundamentals, computer software knowledge, teamwork, and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Job Responsibilities:
Works with inspection lab assisting with projects on all different levels throughout program.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate component and assembly drawings, plan inspection procedure.
- Prepare documentation for recording inspection results.
- Program CMM (Zeiss Calypso) roundness gage, profilometer, contour reader and other inspection equipment.
- Provide “first piece” inspection data for prototype machinist and technicians
- Perform inspections of components and/or assemblies to ISO / ANSI standards.
- Assist / support additional Magna facilities as required.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration compliance.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Strong math skills.
- Print reading with GD&T understanding to ISO / ANSI Standards
- Understand the basics of engineering theory and principles of design.
- Working knowledge in computer-based software.
