The role also facilitates communication across teams and corporate offices while contributing to continuous improvement and cost-reduction activities.

Coordinates HR operations, including HRIS and employee file maintenance, recruiting support, personnel data entry, reporting, training administration, employee programs, orientations, payroll and benefits backup, and departmental administrative support. The role also manages HR communications, office supplies, lockers and uniforms, service awards, events, compliance packages, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee all finance and accounting functions for a manufacturing plant, including general ledger integrity, internal controls, SOX compliance, budgeting, forecasting, costing, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting. Lead audit coordination, safeguard company assets, analyze variances, support continuous improvement, and develop the finance team through performance management, mentoring, and succession planning.

Support materials management for production: track inventory, coordinate receipts and shipments, ensure parts availability, maintain records, and liaise with suppliers and production teams.

Student intern assists systems and hardware teams developing and testing thermal sensing cameras. Duties include bench and vehicle systems testing, infrared image analysis, scripting for visualization, building metrics/models, designing investigations, documenting results, collaborating across teams, and presenting a capstone demo.

Support manufacturing equipment and tooling to meet safety, quality, throughput and cost targets. Establish process parameters, perform cycle-time analysis, lead root-cause investigations, manage vendor integrations for new equipment, and drive continuous improvement and preventative maintenance for production launches and engineering changes.
