University Program Manager II

Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, we’re looking for a University Program Manager to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Design, build, and manage a scalable global internship program and partner with various stakeholders to support our teams and interns around the world
Develop an engaging, global onboarding experience
Support team members with program implementation
Oversee and manage the internship program budget
Manage and support team members at University and DEI hiring focused events
Build process and rigor to our program and event initiatives
Partner with business leaders to align on skills and competencies needed for interns to be successful in their role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to build and executing multiple global programs
Exceptional project management and event planning experience with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
Analytically minded, and understand the importance of tracking metrics - and driven not just by your individual metrics but always by doing what’s best for the entire team
Passionate about university recruiting and entry level talent
Knowledgeable about university recruiting and intern program best practices
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and within teams
Embodiment of our values of Smart, Kind, and Creative in all that you do and everyone that you interact with
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience running an intern program / entry level programs
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of university recruiting experience, event management and/or intern program management experience at a high growth technology company
