Telecom Implementation Analyst
We are looking for a Telecom Implementation Analyst to be in charge of the successful planning, managing of reconfiguring the customer’s current phone set-up that will help us deliver the ultimate customer experience. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join a rapidly growing team responsible for our entire customer base. This role is located in Glendale, CA.
As our Telecom Implementation Analyst, you will:
- Serve as the single point of contact during customer’s phone integration and set-up
- Schedule & conduct detailed discovery calls with customers to determine any changes or requirements needed to successfully reconfigure the customer’s current phone set-up
- Manage the customer’s port over process from beginning to end
- Coordinate and follow up with customers to ensure their integration is seamless and successful
- Process, keep track & update status of the customer’s integration in Salesforce
- Troubleshoot basic phone integration issues
- Work with members of multiple teams (including but not limited to Success and Onboarding
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in LNP
- Understanding of POTS (features related such as hunting), VOiP, cellular/wireless, PRI, PBX
- Intelligent, strategic, quick thinking, dedicated, ambitious, and fast learning
- Strong customer service & time management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment & can roll up their sleeves and “roll with the punches”
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying strict attention to detail
