With our first product, Lucky Day, we reimagined the lottery. Lucky Day is a top 10 free app on the Google Play Store with over 10 million installs. Since 2015, we’ve paid our players over $8 millions — all without ever taking a dime from our players.

What you'll do

We’re looking for intelligent people to join our team in building out Lucky Day and our exciting new products from the ground up.

At Lucky Day, we work closely with a nimble team to push the envelope toward outstanding user experiences. As a Technical Project Manager your main priority will be to work closely with Technical, and Product leadership to align project priorities and schedules. You will manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.

Who you are

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, marketing, and managing complex projects
• Experience with backend systems development and integration
• Experience with data management systems (transactional and analytical)
• Ability to provide timely reports to stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and follow up on tasks and questions on behalf of engineers
• Ability to communicate across a wide variety of functions and levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally
• Understanding of user interface design principles, usability testing, and technologies preferred
• Strong in building relationships, managing stakeholder expectations and ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or e-commerce company is ideal.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office as well as project management tools such as Jira

Responsibilities

• Act as the project management lead for product integration, launches and changes throughout implementation
• Serve as single point of contact throughout full project lifecycle from beginning to end
• Develop dashboards, templates and advanced filters to provide end-users and business stakeholders with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and scope including release deployment activities
• Assist product managers in product backlog grooming
• Design and implement build and operational processes that help teams and the organization scale
• Exercise independent judgment and develop recommendations that translate into a course of action
• Facilitate release planning and generate weekly status reports
• Effectively apply best practice methodology, inspect, adapt and enforce standards
• Champion the analytics process – from business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, data modeling, evaluation, and deployment; lead by example and by training business stakeholders with varying technical and non-technical backgrounds
