Technical Program Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Snap. Inc!
What You’ll Do
Drives project team deliverables and processes. Engages with cross functional teams ensuring that stakeholders have regular visibility into project status and progress
Translate company and product strategies into technical roadmaps and requirements, acting as a liaison between XFN stakeholders on Design, Engineering, Marketing, and external agencies
Independently oversees and runs multiple large projects
Contribute to Design Operations tools and processes
Identify gaps and adapt or propose processes to solve team problems
Supports team activities through idea generation, organization, or execution. Contributes to the organization’s hiring and recruiting process.
Understands and helps enforce design team processes
Champions our quality standards across projects
In partnership with the design leadership, steers teams to accomplish company objectives and key results (OKRs)
Influences and actively works with the design leadership to define strategies for maximizing growth opportunities for designers
Provides input on the organization’s process to ensure that we are able to scale with the pace of growth in our partners, allowing teams to increase their focus on product facing work
Builds systems and processes that are work multipliers, amplify the productivity of other designers/teams, and increase transparency and collaboration
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Exhibits solid domain/product knowledge
Able to present and communicate clearly when setting expectations with the design organization and cross-functional partners
Track record of orchestrating/coordinating the efforts of others
Able to intake and manage competing project priorities
Works collaboratively to unblock self in order to independently move towards actionable solutions. Able to anticipate and drive next steps
Asks questions fearlessly and is able to suggest productive solutions and work with others to come up with paths forward
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of work experience
3+ years of relevant project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced working with design teams, specifically as a Design Ops role
Familiarity in Systems Design
Proven track record of shipping high quality products
A passion for Snap Inc. products
