The Technical Partner Enablement Manager  (Supplier Partnerships) is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of Strategic Partnerships at ServiceTitan. You will spearhead technical project management for integration development with strategic partners that drive immense value to our customers, while also driving meaningful business to ServiceTitan. You have  a well-rounded background -- with emphasis on technical expertise paired with client or partner management skills -- drawing key elements from roles such as technology consulting, IT implementation, software development or product management.

As our Technical Partner Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Enable strategic partners to implement integrations into ServiceTitan solutions that drive growth, and/or efficiency for mutual customers within existing and new verticals
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and provide support for partners during the implementation, testing, and alpha/beta phases
  • Become an industry expert, and develop a systematic approach to identify relevant industry trends and proposed solutions with OEMs, retailers and distributors in the trades
  • Partner with Product, Growth,  and Product Marketing to define scope, requirements, go-to-market strategy, and to launch a integrations with immense value and high adoption
  • Research and maintain business landscape knowledge of competitors, insights, and trends
  • Present goals and progress towards those goals to senior management

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with software system integrations and/or software marketplace development
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Technical expertise with APIs, XML, EDI and other integration frameworks; Advanced SQL skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and thoughtfully explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and drive project delivery with partners
  • Intelligent, hard working and tech savvy 
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented and organized self-starter
  • Openness and ability to be coached, passion for winning, persistence and determination
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with proven verbal and written communications skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS industry and software integration marketplace development is a plus
