About the role and our team:

Do you have a flair for words and a passion for aligning teams to a common goal? The role of the Internal Communications Senior Manager will be the driver of building, launching, and maintaining the company intranet. This person will learn and amplify the employee “voice” and build programs and common cadences to build awareness and consistency in company internal messaging. Partner with multiple teams to create synergies by building trust through transparent communication. This person will have excellent verbal and written communication, will excel in relationship building, and bring their creative voice to build in the growing Zwift environment.

How we’re handling Covid-19:
We are beyond grateful to continue to grow as a company during this unusual time. Our #1 priority is ensure the health, safety, and sanity of our current and future Watopians. We want to share with you what we’re doing and what you can expect.

Since March, all of our Watopians have been working remotely and will continue to do so until we know it is safe to collaborate in person again. What you’ll do:

• Create and execute the internal communications plan 
• Own the build and launch of the company Intranet
• Create common and consistent best practices for internal messaging
• Craft internal launch emails and FAQ’s
• Partner with the People Teams on engagement efforts
• Collaborate on employer awards submissions
• Create variable internal written resources and templates

What we’re looking for: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of accountability and deliverables
• Ability to have a big picture view and also execute every minute detail
• A trusted partner with high integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Operates in a collaborative manner with ability to partner up and down all levels of the organization and cross-functionally

Bonus Points: 

• Experience working with technical teams and in a start-up environment
• Project Management skills and experience
