Sr. Associate, Strategy & Operations
We are looking to hire a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate to join the Scaled Services team at Snapchat! You will be part of a team focused on building and driving the go-to-market strategies, reporting and analytics, processes, workflows, and OKRs & KPIs for scaled partnerships and sales. You will work with the Scaled Services channels to help design, execute and support new and existing initiatives with the goal of expanding new advertisers on Snapchat and creating a holistic customer experience. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, IT, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, and Revenue Strategy as you help build an operational model that scales and be part of a center of excellence to leverage operational infrastructure across the Scaled Services channels.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic support and project execution for departmental OKRs through internal cross-functional partnerships
Create, provide input, and review executive-level strategic documents and reporting
Conduct deep dive analysis and build reporting on new tests and areas of interest across Scaled Services’ partnership and sales teams
Manage, communicate, and track projects and initiatives, from conception to completion, working with internal cross-functional partners
Maintain communication strategy to internal cross-functional partners on updates and announcements from the Scaled Services team
Develop and update operational workflows for partnership and sales team processes and handoffs; regularly use data to analyze and uncover process improvements and inefficiencies
Help create centralized reporting hub across the Scales Services channels; work with internal stakeholders on updates needed to reporting
Build a strategic and operational center of excellence to deploy learnings and best practices across the Scaled Services channels
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven work experience requiring verbal and written communication
Strong project management skills and ability to keep track of complex tasks being executed by multiple teams
Ability to identify potential strategic and operational synergies across teams
Ability to prioritize based on business goals and needs in a fast-paced environment
Excellent relationship development skills
Positive attitude, team oriented, self-starter who can proactively seek help when needed and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent years of related work experience
3 years work experience within a communications, media, or technology company in an analytical role or Management/Strategy Consulting experience
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with programmatic advertising
Experience running data analysis on operational and revenue KPIs (prior experience with Salesforce.com and Looker a plus)
Experience creating documentation and working with executive level stakeholders
Experience working closely with internal cross-functional partners to execute on goals
Operations experience in building new workflows, processes, tools, and reporting
Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals and timelines
