Who We're Seeking:

An enthusiastic Special Project Assistant to handle data collection and entry within the Miami, Florida. You have a strong background in customer service or communications, and thrive on working independently. This is a remote, part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and Handle inbound mail with Miami, Florida.
  • Diligently entering the information received to ensure all inquiries are logged into our system.
  • Working with the Customer Experience team at Omaze’s Headquarters (remotely) to escalate any issues.
  • Forwarding the physical mail to Omaze’s Headquarters in Los Angeles, California (will be reimbursed for any expenses)

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have data entry experience.
  • You live in the immediate Miami, Florida Area and can commit to 2-3 four-hour shifts per week
  • You love people and are passionate about helping others
  • Knowledge of SweepsAdmin is a plus (but not required)
  • You take your work seriously but not yourself

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
