Who We're Seeking:
An enthusiastic Special Project Assistant to handle data collection and entry within the Miami, Florida. You have a strong background in customer service or communications, and thrive on working independently. This is a remote, part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and Handle inbound mail with Miami, Florida.
- Diligently entering the information received to ensure all inquiries are logged into our system.
- Working with the Customer Experience team at Omaze’s Headquarters (remotely) to escalate any issues.
- Forwarding the physical mail to Omaze’s Headquarters in Los Angeles, California (will be reimbursed for any expenses)
Our Ideal Candidate:
- You have data entry experience.
- You live in the immediate Miami, Florida Area and can commit to 2-3 four-hour shifts per week
- You love people and are passionate about helping others
- Knowledge of SweepsAdmin is a plus (but not required)
- You take your work seriously but not yourself
