Senior Program Manager - End to End Quality

About the role and about You:
Zwift is looking for a Program Manager for our Global Programs team that focuses on program managing the efforts across Zwift’s various quality organizations. At Zwift, we have multiple teams focused on quality for specific aspects of our business - manufacturing (Lean, LSS), software QA (game, website, mobile applications, business systems), and business services (community support, eCommerce operations, logistics, engineering, finance, etc.). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying projects, programs, and/or experiences that cut across the various quality subject areas and ensuring that the individual quality teams’ activities deliver an integrated experience. This role will serve the different quality teams by activating, program managing, coordinating, and driving implementation and maintenance that involve multiple quality teams. Reporting to the Director of Hardware Quality, you will be a key leader for Zwift’s future success by ensuring that the customer experience and business operations meet the highest standards of quality.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with quality professionals in engineering (Connected Products), contract manufacturing, Product software QA, Information Technology QA, and business processes to ensure that Zwift is delivering a high-quality customer experience and high-quality business operations.
- Work closely with Connected Products, Supply Chain, IT QA, and PRoduct software QA to plan quality validation steps within Hardware Quality and across Hardware and Software.
- Provide program management and mentorship to delivery teams, quality teams, live operations, business teams, and technical teams with a focus on the tasks and tactics - including schedule, resources, dependencies, and achievements - required to ensure that every process or technology release meets a high standard of fidelity with the intended outcomes.
- Work closely with delivery teams and quality teams to understand and coordinate the end-to-end repeatable quality steps required for every release or change to the customer experience or business operations that include impacts to Zwift’s first-party hardware.
- Collaborate with business partners in product, people, finance, supply chain, and customer support to understand the business needs and ensure all changes to processes and technology meet these needs.
What we're looking for:
- BS in Computer Science, Management, Operations, or relevant management area.
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality (Lean or LSS) and/or Total Quality Management.
- 3+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
- Experience serving as a program manager in an integrated physical and digital environment.
- Experience with SmartSheets Project Management tool(s).
- Expert in concepts surrounding quality and test measurement.
- Experience delivering quality in Waterfall, Agile (iterative),and Kanban (incremental) methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivation to deliver results and seek continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel 5-10% of the time to London Bridge.
Bonus points:
- Experience with quality for consumer electronics, fitness, and/or mobile games.
